Apply for Telangana Encumbrance Certificate EC in Dharani LRMS website. Check step by step process online.
IGRS Telangana has only the option for searching the Encumbrance certificate and one must visit nearest mee-seva center or citizen service center to apply for a certified Encumbrance certificate. Chief Minister of Telangana has started Dharani land records portal which provides collective services of Land Records Management and Registration Department services. Right now dharani portal is available for public use and access its services by registering once.
Steps to Apply for Telangana EC Encumbrance Certificate in dharani website:
First Create a user login if you don’t have one. Login with your user id and choose Apply for EC button in dashboard.
Two options are shown in the next screen. Select YES if you know the registration number. If not choose NO.
If selected yes proceed with below steps. Select Applicant Name, District, SRO office location, Book Type Year of Registration, Document Number, EC Fetch From Year and EC Fetch to Year. Select Fetch button once all the entered details are right.
If the applicant selected no the search and application details are changed. First enter applicant name, Choose the EC application land type Agricultural or Non Agricultural.
Enter Village or city or Town name. Choose Mandal, District, SRO code, SRO Office. Now select habitation, Survey number, Ward number, Locality, Block Number, Door number or plot number.
Fill in details of Executant name, relation name, Claimant name, Claimant Relation name.
Then enter Boundaries details like East, West North, South.
EC period from and to.
Select Fetch button.
In Both cases if the details are correct and matching with official database, proceed to select the document and select Apply for EC button.
A dialogue box will show the fees details and agree to terms and conditions. EC is issued once your application is processed by the SRO office.
Applicant must pay the EC fees in online and wait for the generation of receipt.
A SMS or email will be sent to the applicant registered communication address. Login into your dharni account and you will find the transaction history down below the services.
